Welcome! I am a political scientist and Postdoctoral Associate in the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida. I received my Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Iowa in 2026.

My research lies at the intersection of political communication, public opinion, political psychology, and digital media. I study how people encounter, consume, and respond to political information in their everyday lives, with a particular focus on media habits, news consumption, political attitudes, polarization, and well-being. My current work also examines how emerging technologies and digital information environments shape political communication and public engagement.

My research has received support through several fellowships, awards, and grants, including the Doctoral Dissertation Research Improvement Grant (DDRIG) from the American Political Science Association/National Science Foundation, the CLAS Dissertation Writing Fellowship, and the Graduate College Post-Comprehensive Research Fellowship.

Please feel free to read more about my research, explore my CV, or contact me with any inquiries.
